Just a defective product

I was going to write a review when I received the new Keurig. But now I’m glad I did not because this one is doing just what the other one did. So very disappointing. I spend the money to buy the expensive descaling solution to descale it like it says do and now the blinking light will not turn off. I tried all the tricks off the Internet that I could try and still it does not turn off. I’m sorry to say but you guys just have a defective pot this is my fourth or fifth Keurig pot and it’s just so disappointing that this one is like this.

I love this K-Supreme that lets me choose the size of my cup and it has a large reservoir that can be adjusted to fit into different kitchen. Cleaning is easy and warranty is top notch. This is the best Keurig I’ve owned so far, and I have bought five different designs throughout the years. Love it!
