In the process of desalination, I got to a point where I was supposed to fill the reservoir with fresh water and brew til it said to add water. It never said to add water and the pot turned off and never started again. In talking to my son he suggested I call Keurig (I was just going to buy a new pot), but did call and have received from the company a replacement pot! I'd say excellent customer service and really surprised and grateful...didn't have to jump through any hoops. Would recommend to all!

Good brew, but

This is my 3rd Warranty Replacement. With the first machine when I closed the lid ALL of the brew lights (Strong, Over Ice, and cup sizes) flashed and stayed flashing to select the brew. A couple weeks later when the lid was closed the Strong and Over Ice flashed once but did not stay lit. They only lit up when pressed, but only when pressed. I contacted Keurig and they sent me a replacement machine. The 2nd replacement machine had the same thing, no flashing Strong or Over Ice lights. With this 2nd replacement I asked Keurig if this was a known issue with the Strong and Over Ice lights not flashing. They said this was the first they'd heard about his happening. This 3rd replacement, the same. If I wouldn't have noticed the Strong and Over Ice lights flashing on my 1st machine I probably wouldn't have thought much about it. But, because they worked (lit/flashed) for a couple weeks I figured they should each time you brewed a cup of coffee. After 3 machines I guess this is not true. It brews a good strong cup of coffee so I'm not going to follow up with Keurig on this 3rd machine. If it is a "glitch" I wished they would note it in the manual that these 2 lights won't stay flashing, but will light up when pressed to brew a cup of coffee.
The one that I bought 10/21 quit working, I’m on the 2nd one. The new one does not close completely just like the other one (silver metal rind, does not come down all the way) hope I have better luck this time. Customer service young lady was amazing Thank You
I received my coffee maker as a gift. 2 months later it stopped working. I contacted Keurig and the sent a replacement at no charge. Great customer service.
I bought this keurig roughly 6 months ago. at around 6 months is when i noticed the keurig started malfunctioning. I would use the 12oz Strong setting and it started only pouring out 2oz at most. thank God I saved my other keurig Duo so I was able to use that until my replacement came in. Only when I started using my Duo again did I notice that the k Supreme had been a defected one since day 1 as i remember the 12oz wasn't the same on both. the Supreme was actually giving me about 8oz since day1. Anyhow I was granted the replacement and this does work better and gives the full 12oz. I'm not very fond of it as I thought I'd be though as it does seem not made as good as others. soon as I get enough money I will be replacing this k Supreme keurig. it just seems to delicate and then for the price just seems not worth it for me. But I do thank you keurig for giving me a replacement that is very much appreciated and I'll continue to always use keurig coffee makers.
