First let me say I have had a Keurig since they came out and love them but There is a known issue with this model that occurs after descaling. I am on my first replacement (my unit was 6 months old) and my BFF is on her 3rd replacement in less than 2 years. We both requested K to replace with another model but were sent same model. Buy any other model but this one.
