This is generation 5 for us The last combo pot/single serve still had a water reservoir that was absolutely impossible to clean into the angled corners like it’s predecessors. This one has plenty for the am cups, rectangular with rounded corners. Had one sent under our warranty as it would not power on after descaling. Keurig was great to work with, just be sure and have the old broken unit and your purchase paperwork. This one is simpler, easy to clean and includes the cold brew for our daughter! Fantastic!
My single serve bit the dust one morning during my coffee brew,,,,, but a quick phone call to keurig and a replacement came 2 days later. Met my expectations
I love that it doesn't have to heat up before making coffee. Pop it on and less than three minutes later, you have a great cup of coffee.
I don't like that all the buttons don't stay lit up, giving me less than five seconds to choose an option, and it goes dark. By dark I mean that you cannot read the buttons unless they are lit.
I love this maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I was very happy with the K-Supreme,,,,the day it stopped working I was not so happy. However the Customer Service from Kerrigan was fantastic,,,,and within 3 days I had a new machine,,,,,Luckily I keep a back up machine because this has happened before,,,,,and that way I am fully caffeinated
I purchased this coffeemaker a couple of months ago. The light to descale it’s came on and I followed the instructions to do so. Unfortunately the light did not go off. Thinking I had done something wrong, I repeated the procedure but the light remained on. I called customer service and after explaining the situation and following directions the associate said that the unit was defective and it would be replaced. The new Keurig was delivered a few days later….and we love it. Great customer service!
