The coffee maker is excellent but they don’t last more than 6 months. Your warranty is great and we thank you for that. We are not big users 2 maybe 3 cups per day 5 days /week. They just quit working and they send us a new one. If I were you I think I would start with production quality control. When working the maker is great.

This coffee maker was a replacement for one I bought a couple months ago that was defective. I see that the same issue will occur down the road on this one as well. What happens is when you close the lid with the k cup it doesn't close all the way so water leaks out into the cup when the coffee is being brewed. We place the k cup and then press it down so when we close the lid it closes tight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
