Had my second keri...could not function without one. We scaling for first time....interrupted cycle.. Coffee machine shut down. Called and we trouble shooted. Finally replacement came. Oh happy day!!!!!!
This is our 2nd K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee. We purchased the 1st K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee in December and it "died" in April, just stopped working .We now have the warranty replacement and are hoping to get more than 5 months use. On the upside it makes a much better cup of coffee than older Keurig
