This is the 4th K-Supreme coffee maker I have had. Currently my present coffee maker has worked for the first week I've had it. However, the previous 3 had defects and quit working well before the 1 year warranty. In fact, the previous K-Supreme was a replacement from Keurig and although looked brand new in the box, when turned on, it worked for approxmiately 5 seconds before turning itself off and this was frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had 3 of the same brewers replaced and they each one have stopped working after a few weeks… do not buy
I purchased a Keurig in November. Unfortunately it stopped working in April. I have to say, the customer service exceeded my expectations. I called and immediately spoke with a live person. He gave me all the information I needed along with an email. Within 3 days I had a new coffee maker.
My original purchase of this coffee maker was a few months back and unfortunately my original machine had a problem. Keurig was quick to acknowledge and act upon the warranty. My replacement machine is fantastic. It makes several different size cups of coffee, or hot chocolate or iced coffee, has a great resoviour And is of a size that is great for small kitchens.
This is my second Keurig that has not worked my friend is on her third Keurig very disappointed i’ve had Keurig since they started will not buy another one
