We had a keurig coffee maker that wasn’t work right even after my husband did the descale. The company took our info along with the pics we had to submit & kindly sent us replacement. I will continue to use their product for sure cause of this.
I received a keurig coffee maker for a gift in 12/21 Absolutely loved it until it had a internal malfunction with the descale light that wouldn't shut off. Called customer service & walked me through a few steps & nothing worked. So they stood behind their product & sent me another one & I'm very happy with their product & Happy to know I'm able to have my keurig coffee ☕️ Thanks Keurig
