I love this coffee maker. I always have a fresh cup instead of coffee that has been sitting in the pot. I also love the fact that I don’t have a coffee pot to clean every day.
I love the feature of Iced Coffee on my K-supreme so much! Unfortunately mine had a malfunction. When I contacted customer service they cheerfully replaced under warranty, and I was back to my afternoon Iced Coffee within a week! Thank you customer service. Of course it makes great hot coffee too.
My Keurig stopped working and I needed a replacement, the customer service was amazing. Never had anyone made it so easy to get a replacement. Had it in under a week. Thank you!
Customer service. Walk me through several steps to determine if my Keurig had failed. Replacement came out within about a week. Glad to have my carry back again but disappointed that it failed in such a short. Of time with very limited use. This is the second time I have had to replace it carrying that was just a few months old and had been used 4 less than 1 cup per day. It would be great if you could add greater reliability and life expectancy as features in addition to the great convenience of these units.

I had an old style Kurig probably 6 years and was grinding away but still worked. I decided I needed to replace it and bought the K - Supreme. I love it and it makes the best coffee It is also very quiet as it is brewing. Also Kurig has a great warranty. The first one I bought did not work and the gracefully replaced it
This is my second of the same model. Have also bought two others for other folks. It is faster and quieter, and makes better coffee than the others I have had. BUT... The descaling process has become entirely run by the machine. It actually killed my last one. Directions to descale are sorely lacking. so, we will see. If it survives the descaling process I will improve my rating. Would I buy another? Now, no. If it descales easily, and/or Keurig improves guidance for the process, then yes.
The descaling process of the K-Supreme is really really flawed. This is our third Keurig and had I known about the problems with this brewer beforehand I would not have bought it. I have NEVER had problems descaling my other two. The K-Supreme though, geesh. It is not easy, directions are NOT clear at all. I descaled it successfully once;, the second time it refused to work afterwards. Googling it told me the fuse was blown. So I am grateful you replaced my unit but now I am terrified the same thing will happen when this new one needs descaling. Warrant replacement is rated excellent but if I had to rate the brewer itself, I would only give it 1 star. As for the stars below, not sure if you mean the warranty or the brewer itself.
