The replacement procedure was quite efficient as new brewer arrived within four days. The model replaced was the new K-Supreme which we had only purchased 6 months ago. I hope this lasts longer. I like the easy refill feature but miss the K475.
Had problem with descale function. Descale light would not turn off at end of cycle. After ten minutes of trouble shooting by service teck problem could not be resolved and I was offered a replacement.
Call Service, Verified Warranty, Received New Replacement unit the next day. Less than 24hrs turnaround. Nuff Said!!!

K Supreme was a replacement for my K Supreme Plus smart machine. It is just average. Wish I would have spent the extra money for a new Supreme Plus that I loved. Live and learn

At 3 months, my descale light stayed on. Customer service was terrific. They did some troubleshooting (that didn’t work) and replaced my entire machine!
I have never dealt with a better company that backs it products. The customer service people were incredibly respectful and so will to make my claim go as swiftly as possible. They walked me through every step and did not hang up until I was 100% satisfied! I will never use any other coffee maker again but Keurig!
