Had our first coffee maker for less than a year and all of the sudden it stopped powering on. Called to see what Keurig could do. The lady we spoke to didn’t waste any time. She diagnosed our faulty unit, requested the serial number and sent a replacement unit right away. This was also when w didn’t keep our receipt. New unit showed up in a week or so. Very pleased with the process.

The First unit lasted 9 months, THANKFULLY the one-year warranty was still in effect. Ironically, it stopped turning on after the first descaling maintenance cycle. Hope this 2nd warranty replacement unit lasts longer.
I was having trouble with the descaling light. I with through the steps about 5 times but the light remind blinking. I call the company again. This time after I explained all the steps that I had completed. The representative file the replacement order and in 2 days the new one was at my door.
We bought our K-Supreme in January and kept getting a add water message even when it was full of water. We got a replacement for it and the replacement is doing the same.
I received my coffee maker, and the K-Cup was missing. I called the office, and they were great! I received my replacement in no time. Wonderful customer service.
