I have had 4 keurigs. All of them have had problems. From stopped working to lights that won’t turn off. I am still going to buy a keurig next time I have to. I love the speed and simplicity of the system. But the thing that keeps me in this frame of mind is their service. Every time I’ve had a problem, customer service has pleasantly walked me through the fix or happily ordered and sent me a replacement. Great service and a cute coffee maker.

I bought this model keurig in Oct. 2021 but after only a few months was only giving a shot of coffee and making loud noise so with warranty was sent a replacement which did not work at all so called again and they sent another one right away which is working great! Have had other keurig which have always worked great! Customer service was great and hoping this one keeps working!!
