Keurig stays true to their word. Our keurig coffee maker quit working after 15 months. The keurig customer service department after I explained everything said and did replace the unit and covered all costs even though the warranty was only for 12 months. The new unit came in a reasonable time. I recommend if your out buying a coffee maker go with the Keurig Brand. They stand behind their product and their Customer Service Department is top notch
My Kurig broke in less than a year but they stood behind it 100%. They are a pleasure to deal with. I had a nespresso before my Kurig, The Kurig is SOOO much better.
When my original purchase failed completely, I didn't realize that the main feature I bought it for never had worked! It never produced the 5 holes on the k cup top to release more flavor. I'm So enjoying this feature, as that was the reason for my original upgrade purchase decision. The farmhouse white is a nice update to my former white model. Thank You, Keurig! Also - Absolutely Best Customer Service.
I would like to send kudos to Keurig's customer care department. I had a service issue with a coffee maker slightly out of warranty & they still agreed to send me a replacement unit. I have three of their products in my home & I will continue to be a loyal consumer. Great product backed by strong commitment to the Brand.
