returned first machine because it had a problem in the cleaning cycle.After the cleaning the de-scale light would not turn off and it never makes a hot cup of coffee.Well they sent me a new one without hassle,but i have the same problem.After I put some half+half in my cup I have to put in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or it's not hot enough to drink..
Thanks for quick return policy. Have problem, phoncon Kerrigan & HSN WAS the mis- Sent broke down Kerrigan went to HSN. Yhey agreed to mail it to Kerrigan.(received the Old Kerrigan today) ??? Already received REPLACEMENT KEURIG last week. Now have both pots, need mailer sticker to mail old pot back to you. THANK YOU MUCH
