Several weeks ago, a Keurig we had purchased prior developed a problem with the descale light remaining on. We called and after pleasant discussion, the lady advised us that Keurig would be sending us a new coffee maker. We no longer had the receipt but provided the serial number. We have received the new coffee maker and are pleased. The good rating is because of the issue with the descale light and there was no way to correct it.
Bought this one cup coffee maker and love it. It has coffee ready in no time The water is hot immediately with a push of a button It is slim line and takes up no room on the counter.
They were so accommodating with my problem. They did not give me a hard time considering that I could not provide a receipt of purchase. Fast delivery too. Keep it u;;
