My first machine stopped working and I got a free replacement for the first machine that quit working. The replacement does not work either. ( is this a returned machine that was not repaired and set to me as a replacement?
Had my Keurig for less than a year when I had problems during descaling. I called customer service and sent them receipt that day. Immediately got a response and my new Keurig was in the mail to me the same day. I received it within 3 days. Best ever customer service .
This is my second replacement of the model in a less than a year. Cheaply made, during the cleaning of the machine smoked and burned then wouldn't come back on.
