My original unit ceased working so I called the 800 number. Spoke with a representative who talked me through some diagnostics. Confirmed unit failure, took mailing information and told me to sit tight for a few days. Received a replacement unit in less than a week and we are enjoying fresh brewed coffee like before. The whole experience confirms my high opinion of Keurig. Many thanks.
This is a replacement for my K-Supreme that stopped working. I love this model and I love that Keurig honored the warranty and sent me a new replacement. My warranty was about to run out and Keurig still sent me a new coffee maker. Thanks Keurig!
