After 4 months my Keurig, started to malfunction. I called Keurig support. They walked me how to fix my machine. Two weeks later it did the same thing again. I called Keurig, we discussed my problem because now the machine would not work. Emails were exchanged. a new machine was on the way. Thank you. Donald Poe

Great when they work suck when they don't. Customer service is good but the company will does not seem to care if your happy. Just the ol "this is what we offer take it or leave it".
