I want to thank Keurig customer service, my Keurig stopped working and I called and talked to customer service, and I had a new one in 2 days!! That was the no hassle best and easiest replacement I have ever had!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely purchase a Keurig again!!
This replaced a much older model and we can really taste a difference in the coffee. I also love the ‘strong’ feature so we can amp it up a little as desired.

After 4 months my Keurig, started to malfunction. I called Keurig support. They walked me how to fix my machine. Two weeks later it did the same thing again. I called Keurig, we discussed my problem because now the machine would not work. Emails were exchanged. a new machine was on the way. Thank you. Donald Poe
The replacement K supreme works great so far.. Great when they work suck when they don't. Customer service is good but the company will does not seem to care if your happy. Just the ol "this is what we offer take it or leave it".
