I just wanted to let everyone know that my other k- cup brewer stopped working . No power to it . I called the number o the bottom of the machine and from then on I had the best customer service. I placed the call on a Saturday and by Wednesday a new one arrived. Thank you.
As much as I do enjoy this brewer, it is the second time I had to replace it. Both brewers ended up not working within a year's time. Not sure if others have had similar issues or I just happened to receive brewers for some reason or another broke down. I would recommend some of the older models.
I recently got a new Keurig after years of using my old one. After descaling the new Keurig I could not get the blinking light to stop. I called Keurig and they determined my new Keurig had an issue and could not be fixed. They then sent me a replacement Keurig based on the warranty. Great customer service!!
After a troubleshooting procedure, Keurig customer service decided to replaced my Keurig. I had a new one within the week. Excellent service. No fuss. Thank you.
I purchased my Keurig last October. I loved the new features. In January I started having issues with it not brewing. The website did not provide much assistance. I called the customer service line and spoke to a very helpful person. It was decided my brewer was defective and since it was still under warranty a new brewer would be provided. I really wanted another red brewer, but selected black to receive the brewer more quickly. The new brewer arrived the next week. I've told all my friends about the great customer serice.
