I just received a replacement maker for my previous unit that died during the descaling process. Not sure I'll ever try to descale this one for fear of it dying too.
I have had a few Krurigs over the years. This is my favorite. I like the sleeker design. The water container is much easier to fill. I like that there is always a hot water rather than waiting for a warm-up time. The multiple piercers makes a great cup of coffee. I would like just a hot water button. However, I really hate the descale function. It's not only me. I have seen on-line that I am not the only one either.
I purchased the K-Supreme and the temperature of my coffee was 152 degrees. Customer support said it was supposed to be 170 degrees, and they sent me a new machine. Same issue, temperature still 150-152 degrees. I would prefer a hotter cup of coffee.
Received my keurig as a Christmas gift December 2021. It started having brewing issues in March 2022. I contacted your company's customer service department and they immediately took the information, resolved and replaced the keurig. I am so very happy with the outcome.
Had a failure shortly after warranty period expired. Contacted Keurig and am very pleased to state they replaced the brewer with no questions. Great customer service and a great product.
