I bought the coffee maker six months ago and it h ad quit making a full cup of coffee. I called the service warranty dept and they had me do some troubleshooting. It was decide very quickly that they would replace the coffee maker. It arrived three days later. Great support and service!!
I had a problem with cleaning, over the phone she patiently walked me through some tests of the coffee maker, when the tests were completed she determined it was defective and agreed to ship me a new one immediately.
I have seen Keurig machines with screens that contain inch square encyclopedias of choices, but the K-Supreme has it right. What you need to know lights the buttons you need to push and the choices that are simple enough to understand before you get your morning coffee!
