It was the second descale and the maker died. I scheduled a replacement but it took 11 days and two bags of coffee in a French press.

I had an issue with my Keurig Supreme during his first year of use. I was prompted to descale which I did and follow the instructions to a tee but for some reason the unit didn't power on. And to speak in the car wreck they did a fabulous job. Their customer service is Top Chef. They sent me the replacement unit within a week and I was able to continue enjoying that delicious coffee
