MY COFFE MAKER HAD A PROBLEM , AND WAS ON WARRANTY. KEURIG IMMDEIATELY DETERMINED THAT IT WAS NOT FIXABLE, AND SENT ME A BRAND NEW MACHINE AT NO COST. IN AN AGE WHERE MOST COMPANIES LOOK TO GET OUT WARRANTY SEVICE , THIS FINE COMPANY TAKES IT ONE LEVEL HIGHER , AND COMMITS TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!
This new color is beautiful and blends nicely in my kitchen. But it’s the features I’m most impressed with — larger water reservoir, a more robust and even brew, and a faster heating mechanism. We love this coffee brewer!
De-scaled twice and light remains on. Keurig replaced with a new one. I wish they would address the problem with the machine instead of filling up our land fills with defective machines.
I want to commend Keurig for the wat they stand by their product through its' warranty.
Our K-Supreme Single Serve Make was having issues with the descaling process. The descaling light would not go off after properly performing a descaling function. I called Keuring and received a new replacement within 4 days. I forgot to mention that the problem machine was a year old.
The replacement machine sounded like a volcano right from the start when brewing coffee and never dripped out more than 3 ounces of liquid regardless of the brew size requested. I called Keurig and received a new replacement again within 4 days. All is well.
