Our less than a year-old Kuerig would not power on. After a phone call when I was talked through some possible solutions, I was told that I could get a new replaecment. I needed to take picture of the code on the side of the machine and a copy or my receipt (which fortunately I had) and the new coffee maker was on our front porch within the week. I don't feel like I get service like that much anymore. R M
First purchase worked for 8 months before conking out. I was disappointed and thought the coffee was great. Got a warranty replacement which lasted for three months before conking out. Called in November 2021 for another warranty replacement, was supposed to hear back in 10 days, but no contact from the company, so I basically gave up. I eventually received another replacement in March, but won't bother to plug this one in. I will say that Keurig does honor their warranties.
Had a problem with my original shipment. Descale light would not go off after performing the descaling and wasn't making the correct amount of coffee. Spoke to Customer Service and they immediately arranged for a new machine. Fingers crossed it will work without problem. So far....so good.
