Not hot coffee

This is my second Supreme as it was replaced because the first one would not reach the advertised 192° temperature. Turns out the replacement does not either. Highest temperature I can get is 166°. It’s ok but my old model did have the high temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The K-Supreme coffee maker has a preset brew temperature to optimize taste. A beverage of 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz will dispense at 170F (average) in cup. The Over Ice feature will brew 6oz at a lower temperature optimized for iced beverages.

I had a Keurig K-Supreme but unfortunately it stopped working. I used it every day and loved it. I've been using Keurigs for years. I was expecting to get information about where to take it to get it fixed but to my surprise, it was replaced by a new one. Keurig definitely takes care of their customers and I'm thrilled with my new coffee maker. Thank you Keurig.

I have had issues with my Keurig while still under warranty and they have been replaced. This is my 3rd replacement. Sometimes things break down , but they have replaced everyone. i really like the coffee maker.

Jan.2022 replacement of maker of 2021 is already malfunctioning. This is not first replacement of other Keurig coffee makers bought & broke. Good coffee ,cheap quality of coffee makers.
