This is our 4th keruig and definitely the best one yet. The strong button on this machine really makes it taste stronger. The multistream technology saturates the coffee and giving a flavorful cup. Love the handle on the water reservoir, makes for easy filling.

Best Keurig Coffee Maker Yet

I'd been pondering purchasing a new Keurig for some time now, and finally took the leap during their sale several weeks ago. Keurig shipped the coffee maker quickly and safely and we put it to use immediately (after following all directions and registering it of course). This is our third Keurig over probably the last 10 years and I can definitely say that it is my favorite. IT'S SO FAST!!! And it makes a better cup of coffee than it's predecessors. I also like the ability to move the water tank to the back or to the side depending on counter space. My only complaint is that the tall filter attachment wasn't included in the description, so I ordered and paid for a separate one. Turns out that it was included with the coffee maker, so now I have an extra one that I'll probably never use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lasted a month before it stopped working

Not impressed

I received this brewer a few days ago. After just three days the brewer is no longer working. I called support and after being disconnected three time I made contact with a representative. I was advised that a replacement is being sent and I will receive it in approximately 7-10 days. So far not impressed!

Keurig K-Supreme - BROKE already

I received my Keurig on January 21st, we started using on January 22 and on February 1 we plugged in the Keurig to brew our first cup and started to smell something burning..the machine did not brew and now will not even light up when we plug it in. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Prior to this machine we had a Keurig that lasted 7 years.
We are hoping Keurig will make this right and the next machine will not have issues.
I will be calling the customer service line today, February 2, to report the issue.

Great Brewer and customer service is fantastic

Got this brewer in Oct. I love the MultiStream technology and it is slim and quiet. The water reservoir is easy to refill. Had a problem with the descaling light staying on a few days ago even after I descaled the brewer. Contacted customer service and as they couldn't fix the problem they immediately replaced it.. Great brewer and great customer service. This is my latest Keurig and I love them.
