My original coffee maker broke after approx 6 months. I called the Keurig Customer Support line, and after providing my warranty info, I received a new coffee maker the next day. Amazing!
Bought the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Marker for a Christmas gift and after 2 1/2 months of use it needed to be descaled. Ran through the descaling process but the machine wouldn't get out of the descaling mode. Called Customer Service on a Sunday morning. Spoke with a wonderful representative. She walk me through some trouble shooting that didn't work. Offer to send a new unit under the warranty (with proof of purchase). We had the new machine by Wednesday morning. New machine includes a new 1 year warranty. Extremely pleased with my customer service experience.
I got this for a Mother’s Day gift to replace my old Keurig. Wow, what a difference! The more choices of ounces, quicker, and quieter is amazing! The larger water dispenser is also a plus! A great Mother’s Day gift!!
