Coffee maker stopped working.Replacement came quickly and is working fine.

Worked ok, and a month out of warranty -died. Expensive cup of coffee at that rate. Back to the old machine.

My K-Supreme just randomly stopped working. It was purchased a graduation gift and I didn't have the receipt. The agent was eager to assist and was able to take care of my issues. I especially appreciate the fact that my new one arrive in 2 days to my house. Highly recommend due the customer service experience I had!!
