I have had many Kuerig coffee machines and this was the first time I had to contact the company in regards to a problem. The Kuerig people are very nice and understanding. After a few phone calls and descaling a new machine was sent to me. Thank you Kuerig. Happy in Alabama!
I don’t drink coffee but I have coffee for guest. I bought about 9 months ago and use occasionally. Stopped working, called customer service and they were extremely helpful. I really like the look and function of Keurig. This is my fourth coffee maker by keurig. Not because they stopped working . Because of new function or design. Great products!
Love my replacement coffeemaker.I have hada keurig for years and love the taste of coffee made with it. Keurig is a class act company as they replaced my defective Keurig free.
My Keurig coffee maker malfunctioned a month and a half past the factory warranty. To my amazement keurig still honored the warranty and sent me a replacement. I received a new coffee maker two days later. I am totally and completely satisfied with keurig. I would not hesitate to recommend keurig to my family and friends. The Keurig customer service representative was so helpful. Courteous and professional. Thank you.
I had my keurig a couple of months and after descaling it the light wouldn’t stop blinking. Keurig excellent customer service immediately replaced it with a new one, which I’m very grateful for. Thank you
