This is an easy to use machine. I have been using it for three weeks. It is a bit noisy at times but nothing too loud. I wish it were a bit faster. It turned on when you lift the lid to insert a pod, and turns off in about five minutes after it finishes brewing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was happy to receive my replacement Kuerig K-Supreme very quickly after reporting the demise of the one I bought just a few months ago. So 5 stars for the service but 3 stars for buying a fancy Keurig that dies as soon as you have to descale it. There are so many similar reviews I read while trying to figure out if I could fix it. Keurig seems to know about the "bug" or whatever they call it. Maybe they should send a new and improved one to all of us who bought this model once they figure it out. I'm hoping for the best but kinda holding my breath until I have to descale this one in about 8 weeks...
