Purchased this a bit over a year ago and one morning it just stopped working. Called Keurig and since it was just out of warranty, they immediately replaced it. It's a great coffee maker that doesn't take up much space on the counter.
The man that helped me walked me thru troubleshooting the coffee maker to be sure it couldn’t be restarted. Nothing worked. The machine was just shy of a year old so they replaced it for free.
I bought a k-supreme and it quit working and Sam’s wouldn’t do anything. So I called customer service and they performed troubleshooting and couldn’t get it working so they sent out a new one no charge! The reason for only 4 stars is my church bought same pot and it’s quite as well
