I bought my first one and loved it until it quit working - no warning, just stopped brewing and wouldn't even power on! So a replacement was happily shipped to me and that one is defective or something because on occasion it brews like 2oz instead of the tech that I choose... Of course the company is happy to replace the product ... Third time's the charm? I'm not going to hold my breath for too long
