I love the coffee maker but was shocked that it just up and died after only 10 months of use. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and Keurig was efficient at replacing it. I am concerned that the replacement one won't be long lasting and will die on me after the new 1 year warranty expires. Not until a couple of years pass without it dying on me will I feel comfortable recommending this product.
Fantastic customer service. Replaced my coffee maker that decided I had drank too much coffee. Shipped the new one quickly and it is running like a dream.
My latest Kuerig is a warranty replacement of the same model. This previous coffee maker just wouldn't power up after just finishing a de-scale cycle. Th replacement process was smooth and uneventful. I always make a 12oz cup of coffee. For some unknown reason, on both brewers, sometimes the 12oz button lights up and sometimes it doesn't. This is my 3rd Kuerig machine. I have yet to have one last more than 18 months. The most positive thing I have to say about my last two Kuerigs is the speed of the brewing process. It's less than a minute.
Purchased this to replace a Keurig Elite that stopped working after cleaning. I was excited to see the new footprint. It is definitely not a Keurig Elite or any of the other previous Keurig's we've had over the past ~18 years. It's cheaply made. Very light-weight. With the K-Supreme we noticed that the coffee wasn't very hot and needed to be microwaved to get it up to temperature. We also noticed that it would fill inconsistently when choosing a size (ex. 10 oz may be 12 or may be less than 10) so coffee wasn't consistent. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. After sending Keurig my receipt, they sent a replacement. The new machine brewed a bit hotter, but the coffee sizes were always inconsistent. Never knew if the coffee would be weak, strong, or just right. I tried the troubleshooting techniques on the website advising you to clean out the needles, but since we had only used the machine 3 days, it did not help. The nice woman at Keurig, once again, sent us a new machine. This one has been working for 4 days now, and the coffee is mostly consistent and a decent temperature. I don't have much confidence that this machine will last. And if it does breakdown, I won't be calling Keurig. I can't send yet another Keurig to the landfill. I will either go to another single-serve brand, or ditch the pods altogether and brew pots of coffee again. Time will tell. Keurig should really be embarrassed at the quality and the price of this machine. They are the inventors of this coffee brewing technology. Again, the nice woman with customer support deserves a raise. The brewer deserves a 1 star rating; customer service deserves a 5-star. However, my goal is to make a purchase and not deal with customer service, so I'm giving it a 2 star rating.
