Great customer support

I really like this new model. It is easier to refill, etc. I got the unit for Christmas and when I descaled it for the second time, the unit just stopped working. I called customer support, did a few obvious steps (try a different outlet, etc) and they sent me a brand new model!!

I have had a multitude of coffee makers in the past. Keurig is the most cost effective and worthwhile. This product is fantastic and the customer service representative on the phone was remarkable. I had a problem with my original purchase and she walked me through the ways to reconcile it. When it did not work as well as I had hoped, they sent me another one and it arrived in ideal condition. I will continue to use this product and stick with this company as a result. Thank you!

makes good coffee

bought about 6 months ago, when descale light came on used keurig descale product after 6 resovoir refills light would not go off. after 2 calls to tech.support was not fixed they have had proplems with light. but they sent me complete new unit at no cost . so was pleased with custemer service

Worked great for 2 months

Then the descale light started blinking. I used keurig's descaling product following their directions. There isn't instructions on how to reset the machine. Searched the site, found out how to re-set but machine fails to re-set. Tried descaling a second time (cleaner isn't cheap) and machine still won't reset. Their descaling solution fails to indicate how to reset the machine so plan to search their site. I filter my water before pouring into machine to remove impurities and would think I'd get more the two months use (1-2 cups a day). Tried calling for the past three days but every five minutes a recording states wait time of five minutes. After twenty I gave up. Site has a instant chat feature but has not worked in the past three days. Please read reviews before deciding on making a purchase. I'd advice checking other sites (like Consumer Reports). I had hoped to give a review providing I could talk to someone at Keurig but looks like they don't want the customer to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
