I bought my Keurig three months ago and had an issue with it malfunctioning. I called up Keurig Customer Service. After going through the problem with me, and attempting to trouble-shoot it, they promptly sent me a new one. It arrived sooner than expected. Our family is now enjoying great coffee with our new K-Supreme Single Serve Maker!
We had a problem with the descaling in our machine we bought their fluid and that still did not Di scale our machine. We contacted customer service they did a wonderful job replaced our machine. Wonderful product. Wonderful customer service team. A+ +++ service
I have been using Keurig for a long time. This K Supreme is by far the best. The 5holes brew better coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked for 3 weeks then went in to descale mode after it started brewing a couple of ounces only. used descaling solution and worked for another 2 weeks then wouldn't brew properly again. Desacled again still only brews 1 - 2 ounces and makes a lot of excess noise. Costumer service says they will replace it but they can't get me the white one.. even though it is in stock on line..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recently replaced a K-Single serve coffee maker. The new model has a larger water reserve and the container has a better shape. This means I dont have to refill it as often and the shape makes it easier to handle.
