I brought my machine, with COVID I didn't rush to take it out of the box. With not working everyday I didn't want it being used by someone while I wasn't there. After time , months go by and back at work full I took it out of the box and a light came on that's it. It didn't t work , I was so disappointed. Like this is my first experience and about my 10th purchase. I've given them as gifts, gave away because of purchasing a new one. So I've had great experiences, this was my first bad one. Hurt and mad, I called Keyring and shared and they sent a replacement. Still in the box, I received it today. Will inbox her or him soon. As soon as I figure it out as to where its going to sit. Keurig makes great tasty coffee, great purchase for those that is on the fence about....I purchased red, my replacement is farm house white...
I like the features of this model - the pitcher, short heat up time, slim profile. Only reason not to give 5 stars is that I had to have it replaced, under warranty, twice. Once the brewer just quit turning on and the other time it leaked profusely when the pitcher was seated on the stand. Both times the replacement process was quick and easy. I would buy this model again!
I was shocked when my latest K Supreme coffee maker stopped working; I had just purchased 5 months previously. Troubleshooting representative was condescending and repeated all actions I described to him that I had already performed. However, I guess I'm happy about receiving a new coffee maker. The multi-stream technology is great!
This is my third replacement. I hope they work out the bugs soon. Very disappointed in this style!! If I could give it negative five stars would not be enough!!
This is a warranty replacement for the machine and I was so disappointed that my first machine malfunctioned after only 4 months but customer service with Keurig is stellar so I was sent a new machine within a week of my complaint. I love my Keurig.
