I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with this Keurig except for the insane part of Descaling. Just let the consumer clean as directed instead of trying to mandate by ordering " do this or do that at our command"

I bought a brewer November 2021. The light came on to D scale. I went through the process and the light would not go off. I called Keurig and spoke to a representative. He gave me some troubleshooting ideas which didn’t work, so they sent me a brand new brewer. It arrived in about three days. The best customer service!
