I will never buy a kuerig ever again. got one as a gift last year and it stopped working. So I contacted Customer Service and they sent me another one since it was under warranty .... That one I opened box and it didn't brew either. I am done with Kuerig... I didn't even bother contacting Kuerig again because I knew that model is junk.
Coffee just isn't hot enough. Don't know what has happened to Keurig coffee makers. They are not as good as when they first came out. Also purchased a new version of My K-Cup as the instructions said - it does not work with the K-Supreme as brochure says. AK-Cup should have been furnished with this order. And, it would have been nice if a little coffee was furnished also. Too much money for coffee that is not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
