When my one year old coffee make broke, Keurig was super about sending a replacement. Unfortunately the one they sent was also broken. But they immediately sent another and it is functioning like a champ! I am glad they are so willing to keep customers happy.
This is my third unit. The first two failed prior to the end of the first year. Keurig replaced them without a problem. This unit is functioning well, and for the first time I am getting a hot and favorable cup of coffee. I hope this unit performs beyond a year of use.
My Keurig stopped working while descaling. Called 24/7 Customer Service and sent me a new machine immediately. 5 star Customer Service. Thank you. New machine works great and the coffee is so much hotter.
Bought the keurig for husband Christmas gift, I was disappointed that it stopped working after a month but Keurig renewed my faith by sending me a new replacement after store wouldn't take back with no receipt. Thanks again Keurig for your service
