So easy and convenient to use! Our original k supreme single serve stopped working within 4 months. I called the company and they had a new one out to us the next day! So impressed! Who does that!? Very happy!

I had a 5 month old Keurig that would not clear the descale alarm. After 3 attempts at descaling and alert rests, it was deemed defective and a replacement was at my home within days. Thank you for standing by your warranty!
Love the style, color and upgraded intelligence of this next-gen single-cup coffee maker. Works as expected and is surprisingly quiet! I gave one less star for the quality of the materials though. For the price, I had expected more sturdy hardware materials and the drip plate in my kit arrived slightly bent. Going to see if I can get that replaced since its a minimal piece. Other than that, great little coffee maker in a lovely sage/mint color.
I would recommend this to a friend!

thanks for making replacement of my Keurig so simple. But not clear if I have to register the new machine or was it already under new warranty on this new machine.
I just love my new Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. The sleek design takes up less counter space, the larger water reservoir requires less fill ups, and the fabulous Silver Sage color are wonderful features, not to mention that it makes the Best Coffee Ever!
