On my not so old Keurig, the descale light would not turn off. I tried everything noted in the manual. Then called Keurig and was walked through the same procedure I had previously tried. Within minutes of it not working, I was told that a new Keurig will be sent to me, and so it was.
Original unit went and I contacted customer service. They were great. So courteous and understanding. New unit arrived in less than a week. Top notch service.
I bought the product and everytime I made a cup my LED Kitchen lights would flicker during the heating cycle. Called customer service and they replaced the product. Same problem. Electrician determined that the product draws so much current in the heat cycle that it interferes with LED lights on the same circuit. Moved it to a different circuit, which was not as convenient and it worked fine. Not compatible with LED lighting.
I’m gonna rate this a strong three. I absolutely loved this machine, however pooped the bed after only 11 months. It was replaced under warranty and the new one will have a new one year warranty. However, after having the last one for over a decade, and only getting rid of it because the new model has the Multi Stream and supposedly made a better cup of coffee.
It’s truly did. This new machine is smaller, doesn’t take 3 minutes to heat up, makes better coffee and is nearly silent. My first Keurig could wake the dead.
Just very disappointed it died after 11 months. Makes me question the quality of the new machine. Makes me wonder if getting rid of the original one was a good idea. One lasts almost 11 years, and the other just 11 months.
