The operator was very helpful. She couldn't fix my issue, so sent a new coffee maker. Most likely though this will be my last kurig. They are just to complicated.
I bought the coffee maker for Christmas and the clean light came on and even after descaling and cleaning the light would not go off, I called Keurig customer service and they sent me a new one. WOW what service.
My coffee pot just stopped working and I called Keurig I explained the problem. I texted a copy of my receipt and in 5 days I received a new coffee pot. The service from Keurig was excellent.
I bought Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker on January 19 and had a problem with the unit and I called Keurig Customer Service and they send me a new unit right away without hassle. What a great Customer Service it is!!!
