A man gave our church a Keurig coffeemaker to use at our Saturday morning classes. But when I turned it on, the 'descale' alert came on. I took the coffeemaker home and prepared the solution to descale. Each time I tried to descale, the coffeemaker turned off. I watched the video online, followed the instructions, but couldn't get it to descale. I called Customer Service and a very nice lady walked me through the descaling process. It still turned off. She apologized for my inconvenience and said she would send a Warranty Replacement at no charge. I didn't buy the coffeemaker. I didn't expect a replacement. The new coffeemaker arrived in 5 days, in time for our next morning class. This is the BEST customer service that I have gotten in years. Thank you very much!
Although I had trouble with my first one with it messing up the pod and getting grounds all over, Keurig replaced it with little effort on my part. I have a small L-shaped kitchen with no available space to clear my open shelves, so this unit, with my ability to have the water reservoir directly behind, fit where an older unit with no reservoir was used. I really like having water ready to go and the unit fitting snuggly to a wall.

I bought this in November. As of 2 days ago it quit working.
