Bought this as a replacement for a previous Keurig brewer that had ‘aged out’. Love that the water reservoir has a handle!! Brew buttons give many options for size/strength.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When you purchase an expensive kitchen appliance you expect it to perform perfectly for a long time. If you do have issues with it it's nice to know that the manufacturer stands behind their produce and provides a no hassle repair/replacement policy. We loved our K-supreme and when we experienced an issue Keurig provided a replacement with just a phone call. Love Keurig customer for life.
I bought a K-Supreme coffee maker that stopped working. I called customer service for a tip to get it going again, and instead, they sent me a new one! I am overjoyed, as I really love this model.
I've had the K-Supreme for a few weeks now. It is an upgrade in many ways from my old K75. The top buttons are generally simpler to use than the old screen-based system. It is ready to brew quicker and is much quieter. The coffee definitely has more flavor and better taste. The unit is considerably more compact and lighter and the handle on the reservoir is a nice addition, although the way the reservoir mounts seems a bit flimsy. My only real negative (and the reason for dropping a star on value) is that it didn't include a reusable filter, and they wanted quite a bit to get one. That was solved by ordering a set of cheaper ones online.
