the machine stop working!!!

I got this as a gift from my friends. My roommate and I have been using this K-Supreme for almost 2 months. It was working fine and we love it. Unfortunately, one day my friend tried to brew a coffee like usual but the machine has no power (outage) while rice cooker was working fine with the same outlet. We tried to call customer service and ask for assist or exchange it but they asked for prove of purchase. Well it is understandable but it was a gift...How do we have that?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love everything about my new coffee maker all the different cup sizes , the strong button like my old coffee maker had the fact that you put the pod in and it turns on automatically and its fast and makes a hot cup of coffee ! Glad I bought it even though my old Keurig was still working but it was old .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Supreme Disappointment

I purchased a Keurig Supreme to replace a Keurig that the digital display became unreadable after just over a year. Within 20 days the new machine starting brewing very weak coffee. We have had multiple Keurig machines and each iteration seems to be less dependable. We have a large family and the machine gets used many times a day. Not sure where to go from here as the convenience of the single brew is key, however, the constant issues are pushing us to another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this after seeing the James Cordon and Quest commercial. I’m sold on the multistream technology. I replaced a first gen Keurig that still worked, but this new Supreme Keurig and multistream make such good coffee! Not to knock the OG, but this one is such an upgrade!
