The C.S. at Keurig is so good. First, the rep worked with me on my issue with the unit to resolve the problem. He was knowledgable and willing to work through the steps with me. When we weren't able to fix the problem, he immediately arranged to send a replacement unit. It arrived in a couple of days and I was not required to ship the broken unit back. This was particularly helpful because I don't really have the means to repack the unit for shipping. All in all, it was a very impressive experience.
