I had a problem with my previous K-Supreme Coffee Maker and called Customer Service. The rep was extremely helpful with suggestions to get the unit working again, however she determined a replacement was needed and at NO charge to me. Within a few days, my new K-Supreme Coffee Maker arrived. Everything was so seamless!

Enjoyed the first Keurig till the descale light came on. Have been maintaining product as recommended and only using filtered water.
Followed descale procedure and light wouldn’t go off. Contacted Keurig and went thru descale procedure again with same result. Would be 5 stars except for this.
Keurig sent me, at no cost, a replacement.
I love the product and Keurig’s friendly service. I’m hoping this one responds to descaling process when the time comes.

I had a K supreme that lost power internally. Followed phone rep instructions to take picture of serial number & brewer as I did not keep original purchase receipt. Weeks went by & no replacement. Resent several times, plus asked what was issue for no maker being sent. Never got a response. Had to go & buy new. Keep receipt this time. Nearing the end of following the descale process, the new maker also lost power! This time after calling in & sending receipt, a new brewer came in mail. Looks like the issue is caused by following the descale procedure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement for my K- Supreme bought in April-2021. Very disappointed when it died
after cleaning it for the 3rd time with Keurig cleaner as recommended. Only used for approximately 3-4 cups coffee per day. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer considering what a new Keurig cost. Service center was excellent and replaced very quickly as promised!!!!
