This is my fourth Keurig. Love the multi stream feature. However am disappointed in lack of water temperature options. I don't gulp down my drink and I find it is cold in less than 10 minutes . Very disappointing! Only one I have owned with this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the original one about 4 months ago, and followed the instructions on the Keurig descaling instructions, instead of the instructions that came with the coffee maker and it quit working. The replacement is great, but learned a valuable lesson. I would recommend that Keurig Company upgrade it’s instructions on the descaling kit bottle to match the information in the original coffee maker box.
WELL THIS IS THE THIRD K-SUPREME SINGLE SERVE REPLACEMENT WITHIN 6 MONTHS. I HOPE IT WORKS AS WELL AS THE OTHER TWO K MACHINES I LHAD FOR 4 PLUS YEARS.
I replaced an older unit that seemed to be clogging a lot, I s=assume the pump was growing weak. I like some of the features on this new unit, like the water tank with a handle and the additional serving sizes. I was surprised that the new unit is very light, perhaps too light as the unit moves when lifting the handle, or when I remove the water tank to fill it. I have also had a couple K-Cups overflow and spill the coffee grounds into my cup, wasting the K-cup and having me flush the grounds out of the machine and my cup....that is annoying and wasteful.

Purchased the K-Supreme for its slim feature. Love that it is not as bulky and doesn't take up as much room on the counter. Makes the counter look neater
We had enjoyed our K-Supreme for quite a while, until it overheated while descaling. Called support and they walked me through various steps. But when it still wouldn't start, they sent a replacement, and were nice about it. Love it when a company stands behind its products!
