I have had a Keurig for years, but i will not buy another. This model does not make hot coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our coffee maker with one exception we have had issues with the decale feature. Keurig has been wonderful with sending a new coffee maker each time. That’s why I did the 4 stars! We have been with Keurig since the beginning of K-Cups!
I received my K Supreme Coffee Maker as a Christmas gift in 2021. After 2 weeks it died. Customer Service was great and they sent me a new one right away and received in 7 days. My second one is also giving me trouble and I am expecting it to go any day now. I don’t care for the coffee maker and if this one dies I will ask for my friends to get a refund. I am disappointed in Keurig as I had my last Keurig (not a K Supreme) for about 7 years before it died. Disappointed in this product.
Had a problem with my K-Supreme coffee maker. I called customer support, they told me it was covered by warranty and sent me another one. Very pleased with the service and product!
