This particular unit is a replacement to one we had purchased and "died". We are beginning to have iissues with the replacement unit. We will put in the K-cup, push the necessary buttons and then start the unit. We get swishing sounds, then a combo of water and coffee and then nothing. To date we don't get a full cup with the first batch. And it's lukewarm.
I bought my k-supreme St Christmas time and by the end January it a default. So I called the 1800 number and you sent me new machine. Thank you for standing behind your machine
I bought one and the descale light came on and followed the directions on how to clean. cleaned it exactly the way the directions said to do using the descale cleaner and the light still remained on. I called and went through the trouble shooting and it still remained on. I was told I had a defected Keurig and I would get another one in the mail. I did receive it and so far I have been happy with the new one.
I use it on a small table in my sunroom and love it! It makes better coffee than my larger Keurig - maybe because of the multi stream feature. Had an issue and it was quickly replaced. Great coffeemaker! Great service!
We love our coffee machine but the little light kept popping on to clean it even though we had done so Craig was so kind they sent us a replacement no questions asked. Thank you!
